ARIUMae has been awarded a LEED silver for our Headquarters facility. We are proud to be one the unique design firms that both owns and manages our own sustainable home.   Attaining LEED Silver is a nice recognition of our skill in producing work that is cutting edge.

ARIUM has recently added 4 new employees.   Our engineering group has added AJ Hannon and Greg Baldwin.  Pat Emery and Cindy McLaughlin have joined our Architectural Group.

The Maryland Energy Administration project recently completed by ARIUMae has received the LEED Gold Certification.  LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design rating system.

ARIUMae is happy to announce that our office has received the EnergyStar 2010 rating.    The EnergyStar is the national mark of excellence in energy performance.  For more information, www.energystar.gov

ARIUMae has taken the opportunity to add three very talented staff members in this past year.   Aaron Thoren AIA, has brought his conisderable skills in base building design work to our office.  Eric Hoskins has joined our Mechanical Engineering group.  A recent graduate of Universtiy of Maryland, Tamir Ezzat was recently hired to provide support to our project managers.

ARIUMae's work on a wide variety of sustainable projects is accelerating.  The Our House Dormitory project in Montgomery County is likely to be the most innovative. It is projected as a LEED Platinum facility.

Although ARIUMae does not spend resources seeking awards, we are honored to be nominated for awards by those we work with and serve.  As the result of a nomination from Jerry Myers at Northpoint Builders, the Associated Builders & Contractors bestowed an award on Arium for our work on the I4DM project that was done for Ben Hannon and Manged by Ken Wingate.
